Quiet units with refrigerator, a terrace and a mini fridge. Wonderful, lovely employees in terms of service. Very good and delicious breakfast, brilliant location super near tube stations.

Everything was really good, had a very enjoyable stay in the common area. I loved brand-new room complete with microwave and view on One Tower, for example. Central location was a plus. The hotel was a perfect base for enjoying a very lively area.

I've stayed at a few hotels in new york before, but this one was great with its excellent service and modern feel. The one-bedroom suite was spacious and perfect for our family, especially with water dispensers available everywhere. The location was a major plus, as we could easily walk to attractions like the 9/11 memorial and other key spots.

Very good hotel in a good location - internet was fast, room was cosy (although a bit small), overall much satisfied.
Three or four things that are minor compared to what the hotel has to offer (and the overall experience): 1. The evening we checked it there was no shampoo at the bathroom (probably someone forgot to put it). 2. The breakfast was not much, although the hotel management has informed everyone that this was due to some work being done in the hotel. 3. After checking out, we had some trouble finding the luggage that we left at the reception - the problem was solved though, and I imagine it was due to high traffic during the days we stayed.

I loved the complimentary snack bar and the huge king bed that felt luxurious after exploring all day! The free water bottle filling stations were a lifesaver. I would definitely stay again!
